Multinational Technology company specialised in Infraestructure and Application Services with a focused expertise in Virtualization technologies.

About my Involment

When I met the company´s team of Directors, they had two main objectives:

  1. to promote the company to the next level and evolve its brand concept and market exposure.
  2. to acquire new customers and increase sales in Spain.

We are living in an era where the new paradigms give us the opportunity to redefine our purpose as individuals and as companies. That is why it is very important to reflect on this, reconnect with our purpose and create a digital strategy to support that where the web is just one of the windows to showcase it.

Taking this into account systematic methodology and approach that we followed allowed us to:

  • have a clear understanding of the current company´s photo across key areas.
  • co-create the future vision and portrait the company´s future photo
  • identify the gaps and obstacles to achieve the future vision
  • formulate a series of short, medium and long term initiatives to overcome the gaps.
  • start implementing the key short term initiatives
    •  redefine the new web: structure, design, content
    • create new marketing collateral: company presentation, infographics, brochures, case studies and customer documentation (pre and post sales)
    • create sales collateral with new messages: email templates, telephone scripts
  • measure results
  • make improvements (kaizen) and adjustments

Results

So far, we have launched the new company image  and messaging. We have run the first customer event having great success.

Currently, we are in the process of implementing the additional key short/medium term initiatives to achieve the target objectives and creating new solutions to be launched soon to the market.
